At Atelier Margrit, once you’ve received your order confirmation, we’ll swiftly dispatch your items within 1-2 days. Please note that during holidays and festive seasons, there may be slight delays. Expect delivery within 2-4 working days within denmark and 3-7 working days within the eu. Please understand that any delays or issues caused by shipping companies are beyond our control.

 

Shipping

Shipping costs 45 danish kroner no matter if you want shipping to your home or to a service point. We offer shipping within Denmark and the EU when you shop at Atelier Margrit.
If you live nearby the office, then please write and email to hello@ateliermargrit.dk and it will be possible to arrange a pick up for free.

 

Warranty claims – 24 months

Your purchase at atelier margrit is protected under sales law, providing you with a 24-month period to address any defects in your item. Claims must be substantiated, and damages resulting from improper use are not covered. All items are second hand which means that they have already been used. You should expect signs of wear. Any bigger faults with the item will be pictured under the item description.

 

Shipping and rights to cancel

If you find it necessary to return a product due to a valid claim, we will reimburse reasonable postage costs upon receiving the item. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging and obtain a shipping receipt. You are responsible for the package until it reaches us.

 

Prices and payments

Payment will be processed after your order has been shipped. All prices are in danish kroner. It is possible to pay with the following methods: epay, dankort, visa, visa electron, mastercard and mobilepay. 

 

When you have ordered

Upon placing an order and payment confirmation, you’ll receive a receipt via email. We’ll then send you a final confirmation once we’ve processed your order. Your items will be packed and shipped with an invoice and tracking number provided for delivery updates. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders due to various circumstances, such as sold-out items, pricing errors, or force majeure events.

 

Exchange and returns

All products purchased on www.ateliermargrit.dk can be exchanged for another item or returned within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to exchange or return an item, please send an email to hello@ateliermargrit.dk within 14 days of receipt and explain why you wish to return it. The item must be shipped within 14 days after you have sent the email.

All items must be returned in the same condition as received. The item must be returned in the original packaging and securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Please note that the return may be canceled if it is determined that the item is damaged due to inadequate packaging.
